strange weird windows problems

the weirdest windows problem that I have ever come across is printer couldn’t print at all!

i did the usual uninstall and reinstall of drivers, even to the extent of getting a new printer, changing from a canon pixma to hp envy model.

repair of system files invoking command prompt with sfc and dism commands, and rebooting the machine.

the windows 10 HP desktop just wouldn’t want to print?!😬

finally, back up files and reinstall a new windows 10 operating system. seemingly, it will only work this way!😅
