things were simpler when i was younger🙏

By ben sim

maybe, i feel the need to explain my stance. i do not harbour any political ambition and even i can, i wouldn’t be bothered with taking PR photos and too much clapping in the background can harm you and your country. i am ordinary man on the street who spent 5 bucks on lottery per week and i am happy with that.

when i was younger, i had good chink schoolmates from matland, indon too and hongkie and matyoyo from conscription time. we never talk about politics and we were better friends. after spate of events and following sinkie, hongkie and oz mainstream news daily, i was exposed to so much polarisation as in flaming in my context that i began to see people with colours and made me feel divisive.

these days, i do not follow toxic and mongering news, i feel at ease and speak my mind whenever i can.

and if you ever think that i am talking about it, you are right! i am really insinuating about it regardless of gender bias.
