who am i?

call me ben and i am from Singapore, residing in the south-eastern region of Melbourne.

i am a trained engineer who enjoys challenges!
over the past twenty years, i have worked for ip messaging startup from Vancouver and also a startup for Japanese data centre.
my most recent stint for the past five years was with an Australian IT company as a pc/mac techie. as for today, i find myself doing very meaningful work as a home & community worker, primarily assisting people with disabilities and the elderly. there is so much job satisfaction coming from empowering them to be more independent and thus improving the quality of their lives.

i haven’t forgotten my interest and passion for technology and seek to to educate, resolve technicality issues with your computing devices, giving recommendations at the best of my knowledge, and always looking for alternatives to provide a low-cost solution for small business users and home-users.
